We are still looking at a couple of others. As stated yesterday, Chappy says we'll make a decision when he returns from Africa! I think all of this happened to just get me more and more excited about adopting again! Blessings to you....and thanks for getting the word out about Lera. On one of the videos, we noticed a little girl in a yellow dress that looks so much like our little Hope it is scary. I said: "That's our daughter!" We transferred over to the Reece's Rainbow site but couldn't find the photo. I started thinking: hmmmmm, wonder if this could be Lera. I emailed Andrea and asked her to send me more photos of Lera if she had them, and bingo, it was the same little girl in the yellow dress. Chappy is in Africa, so I really can't officially commit, but I have asked Andrea to give me more details on the situation. Just thought I'd let you know. Praying for Polly-Girl. I will pray for your friends and their little one. I haven't heard of CDH but neither of my children with Down syndrome had significant heart problems at birth. I have been lurking here for awhile but tend not to comment much but now I am looking for some help and thought of you. Some very dear friends of mine are expecting, they are ay 24 weeks and have learned that the baby probably has Downs ( has markers but haven't had an amnio to confirm) but of bigger concern is that fast that the baby has CDH (congential diapramtic hernia) and I am looking for others how have had babies survive CDH, do you any other bloggers who might be out there.
